Outline dimensions and loop wiring go out with the quote — before you buy anything. If your
mechanical or controls engineer needs a STEP file, a 3D model or a pinout, ask and it ships the
same day. This is the part most suppliers never send.

Exactly What The Certificate Says — And What It Does Not
Buyers get burned by vague claims, so here is ours stated precisely. Read this before you rely on
the document for a compliance file.

Test method
Five-point static pressure (or displacement) comparison, run ascending then descending,
so hysteresis and repeatability are visible in the numbers — not just a single spot check.
Reference standard
Our in-house bench reference, itself verified on a fixed interval against a
higher-grade laboratory standard. The record states the reference used and the date.
What is recorded
As-found and as-left reading at every test point, the deviation in % F.S., ambient
temperature, the operator's initials and the unit's serial number.
Traceability
The record is traceable to our own reference chain. It is not a NIST-traceable
or ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate, and we will not label it as one.
If you need accredited calibration
Tell us at quote stage. We will send the unit to an accredited third-party laboratory
and quote that service separately, with the lead time it adds.
If a unit fails
It does not ship. You get a replacement unit and the failed record, so you can see what
happened rather than take our word for it.
Terms
How We De-Risk The Order
Every row below is a commitment we will put in the quote document. If we cannot deliver on a line,
we will say so before you order rather than after.

What we commit to
"The unit arrives out of spec."
Every unit is bench-tested before dispatch, and the record ships with it. If it deviates from
its own record on arrival, we replace it free — you keep the original record as evidence.
"The part goes on 20-week lead time mid-project."
For any batch order we quote a primary and a pin-compatible alternate on every BOM line,
both verified before we quote. You decide which one goes into production.
"I get a sample that is not the batch I receive."
First-article inspection on every batch. If the first article does not match the sample
you approved, the batch does not ship.
"I need to see it before I wire money."
One-unit evaluation samples at list price, no MOQ. Buy the sample first, put it on your
bench, then decide about the batch.
"Duty and freight will surprise me at the door."
The quote states the shipping term explicitly — EXW, DAP or DDP — with the freight and
duty treatment written out. We do not leave it implied.
"Payment risk / someone changes the bank details."
Bank details are confirmed by voice or video, never by email alone, including on any
change. Card and PayPal accepted for sample orders.
"Who actually answers my technical questions?"
The engineer who ran the bench test on your unit, by email, with a stated response
window. Not a sales intermediary.
"I need a different range / thread / cable length."
Ranges, threads (NPT / BSPP / metric), cable lengths and connector types are made to order.
